The Semi-Automatic Bagging Machine Controller (ECBC01) is designed for single-hopper screw conveyor, belt conveyor, and gravity-filling applications. It may be simply connected to any standard HMI by MODBUS RS232 or RS485, making it easier to operate and make modifications. It includes a 32-bit ARM Controller built-in, as well as a 24-bit Delta-Sigma ADC Load Cell Amplifier, which provides great speed, precision, and performance. It was connected to the system through an RS232 port for the HMI and an RS485 port for the MODBUS extension. As a result, it's commonly used in rice, seed, animal feed, chemicals, and other bagging machines. This is a semi-automated water level controller; you must manually turn on the pump using the push button provided. Once the tank is full, the system will automatically turn off the water pump. It’s simple to set up and works with any water tank. At any point, the user can push the start button. Suitable for motors ranging from 0.1 to 2 horsepower.220-270 VAC is the recommended supply voltage. One high-quality, maintenance-free level sensor is included with the system. You can connect a motor with a horsepower of up to 2 HP to this setup. It is not necessary to maintain a sturdy, durable, and long-lasting product. It can be connected to a starter or not. This model can be used with any single-phase Motor-Jet/monobloc pumps or starter panel type submersible pumps.
